My product is broken, how do I return it?

Please contact us before returning the product to verify it is really broken. If the product is broken, you can return it to the following address:

Please make sure you send the product with a tracking number. We will reimburse you for the shipping cost up to € 20. Please send us your IBAN bank account, the tracking number, and a copy of the receipt stating the Euro amount.
